The School of Sacred Heart St. Francis de Sales is seeking a competent and organized individual for the School Secretary position starting in March. The School of Sacred Heart St. Francis de Sales is a Preschool through 8th grade educational institution that is committed to educating the hearts and minds of our students and making Christ known, loved, and served.
The School Secretary must be outgoing, flexible, organized, and competent in Google Suite and Microsoft Office - particularly in Excel. The School Secretary is also responsible for: -Accounts Receivable -Fundraising Support-Maintenance of Student and Staff Files-Preparing and filing of State, Diocesan, and LEA reporting-Maintenance of all volunteer compliance-Athletic scheduling-Track teacher absences and scheduling of substitutes-Serve Breakfast (cold options) -Cover necessary duties as needed-Implement, track, and record Monthly safety drills-General office duties
