We are currently looking to hire a Material Handler to assist with day-to-day warehouse operations at our Cidery located in Middlebury, VT and our Warehouse located in Brandon, VT. This is an 8 hour shift working Monday to Friday.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Pay rate $19 per hour.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operate forklift to move finished goods, daily production materials and to load and unload trucks.
- Coordinate inbound / outbound shipments to & from Exchange Street.
- Receiving and processing incoming goods and materials in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
- Complete all required paperwork and records including but not limited to inventory sheets, Bills of Lading, Invoices, and transfer documentation.
- Deliver UPS, FedEx, USPS packages to internal personnel.
- Assist with inventory counts.
- Comply with company policies and procedures giving special attention to safety and Good Manufacturing Practices regulations.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Forklift experience preferred. Forklift Certified (Certification available through the company)
- Experience in a manufacturing environment desired.
- Strong communication skills to interact with vendors and coworkers in a professional manner.
- Good organizational and planning skills.
- Possess the ability to multi-task and manage stressful circumstances associated with a fast-paced work environment.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Ability to work both independently as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
