We are currently looking to hire Production Operators for our weekend shift at our state-of-the-art facility in Middlebury, VT. Schedule will be Friday to Sunday, 6:00am to 6:30pm.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Pay rate $17 to $20 per hour depending on experience. Get paid 40 hours if you work the full 36 hour shift plus and additional $2 per hour shift differential for all hours worked on Saturday and Sunday.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operate production machines to make boxes and package beverages in accordance with established standards and guidelines.
- Set up production machines each day according to established procedures.
- Detect and report machine malfunctions promptly to supervisor.
- Maintain an adequate supply of operating materials and obtain additional materials according to procedures.
- Notify management concerning the need for major repairs when needed.
- Comply with company policies and procedures giving special attention to safety and Good Manufacturing Practices regulations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge to properly utilize PPE such as ear protection, safety glasses, hard hats, boots, gloves, face shields.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds constantly.
- Able to read and understand product specifications.
- Ability to complete job related documentation.
- Basic computer skills.
- Forklift experience and experience in a manufacturing environment are a plus.
