Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for construction projects.
- Manage job costing, expense tracking, and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and vendor payments.
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic insights to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with construction-specific accounting regulations and tax requirements.
- Work closely with project managers to align financial goals with operational efficiency.
- Evaluate and improve financial processes to support scalability and growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or MBA is a plus).
- 3 years of experience in construction finance, accounting, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of job costing, WIP reporting, and construction accounting principles.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Procore, or other construction finance software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
