We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Total Loss Associate to manage the final stages of total loss auto claims. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the seamless transition of the pick-up and sale of salvage vehicles, issuing settlement payments, and ensuring accurate and timely document management, all while delivering exceptional service to our policyholders and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the transfer of salvage vehicles to designated salvage yards.
- Negotiate charges with tow facilities and repair shops to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Issue payments to policyholders, lienholders, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Obtain and process all required state-specific documents in a timely manner.
- Manage title transfers and liaise with DMVs and financial institutions.
- Oversee timely handling and disposal of salvage vehicles.
- Maintain detailed and organized claim records to support efficient claim closure.
- Provide clear communication and top-tier service to internal and external customers throughout the total loss process.
