Evening Sanitation Technician
$19.00/Hour
Hours: Monday - Thursday (some Friday hours per department needs)
6pm - 2 am

This integral position requires properly cleaning and sanitizing all processing areas and equipment as well as maintain a sanitary condition in non-production spaces.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Nightly cleaning of production and non-production areas
· Properly disassemble, clean and reassemble meat processing equipment according to Master Sanitation Schedule Guidelines
· Follow Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs)
· Record inventory of dry goods
· Mix cleaning chemicals to proper dilution and document those actions
· Follow all food safety protocols
· Always wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
· Perform other duties as assigned
· Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
