MEAT CUTTER/BUTCHER
$18/Hour
7:30 am - 4:30 pm
Monday - Thursday (Some Friday hours will be mandatory per company needs)
Vermont Packinghouse in North Springfield, VT is a USDA inspected facility that processes Beef and Pork from slaughter, to cuts, hamburgers, sausages, hams, bacon and more!
Requirements:
- Able to learn to utilize knives and other equipment to perform accurate cutting and trimming of meat products
- Willingness and desire to learn to identify cuts of Beef & Pork
- Willingness to work in a team environment and be a team player
- Maintain a safe environment with attention to Personal, Team and Food Safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
