About the Job:
- This is a non-exempt position responsible for performing routine housekeeping and maintenance duties, including cleaning floors, dusting, and emptying trash receptacles.
- You will also be responsible for coordinating and carrying out specialized custodial functions, such as refinishing floors and shampooing carpets.
- In addition, you will serve as a team leader and resource for a small crew of custodial/housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
