Hours: Monday through Friday, No Saturdays

Compensation: $24 per hour

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and guidance. This is a Monday through Friday position, allowing you to enjoy your weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
• Communicate with technicians to ensure a clear understanding of customer concerns.
• Provide customers with accurate estimates for services and repairs.
• Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles throughout the service process.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about services offered.
• Schedule appointments and manage the service bay to optimize efficiency.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of customer interactions and service transactions.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Uphold a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or automotive service roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and basic technical understanding is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills for maintaining digital records and scheduling.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
