As our Project Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth, high-quality project execution while fostering trust and strong relationships with homeowners, business owners, and local communities. Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Developing and maintaining relationships with customers, vendors, and local partners
✅ Managing roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
✅ Coordinating with crews, suppliers, and team members to keep projects on track
✅ Working with the VernCo Team to resolve challenges and ensure successful outcomes
✅ Upholding VernCo’s commitment to top-tier craftsmanship and excellent customer service

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with homeowners, business owners, and local vendors
• Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects at once
• A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in construction, roofing, or project management is a plus—but we’re willing to train the right person
• Commitment to safety—must be able to climb, secure, and descend ladders carefully and correctly
• Physical capability to lift up to 80 lbs. repeatedly
• A team player with a strong work ethic and a sense of accountability

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Compensation Package:

• 1099 contract
• Bonus opportunities
• Commission pay
• Profit sharing
