Vernis & Bowling's DeLand office is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Construction Defect department. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in construction defect law, preferably with a background in defense.
The successful candidate will be part of a team of over 120 lawyers across 19 offices in multiple states. As an associate, you will have the opportunity to direct and lead files, provide initial analysis, develop case strategy, conduct discovery, take depositions, draft motions, attend hearings, and negotiate settlements.
