Vernis & Bowling's DeLand office is a leading law firm seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its Construction Defect department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in construction litigation, with defense experience strongly preferred.
The successful candidate will be part of a team of over 120 lawyers across 19 offices in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, South Carolina, and North Carolina. This presents a unique opportunity for professional growth and development within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
As an Associate Attorney in our Construction Defect department, you will have the opportunity to direct and lead files, provide initial analysis, develop case strategy, conduct discovery, take depositions, draft motions, attend hearings, and negotiate settlements. You will also assist with and lead trials, working closely with senior attorneys and other team members to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
