What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Liability and First Party Property Litigation Associate Attorney position at Vernis & Bowling?
Vernis & Bowling's Hollywood office is seeking a motivated, career track attorney with 1-4 years of litigation experience preferably in the areas of both General Liability (primarily Premises and Auto) and First-Party Property Insurance Defense.

The candidate will be taking depositions, conducting site inspections, attending court hearings, preparing and responding to discovery, and assisting in trials.
Admission to the Florida Bar is required and Spanish Fluency is a plus!
Candidates will handle their own caseload and build business relationships with clients.
