Vernis & Bowling is seeking a highly skilled Attorney to join our team and contribute to our success. As a member of our Directors & Officers department, you will have the opportunity to work on complex Condominium and Homeowners Association Law, Employment Law, and general litigation cases.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on Condominium and Homeowners Association Law matters, including governance and operations.
- Counsel clients on Employment Law issues, such as discrimination and harassment.
- Represent clients in general litigation cases, including trial and appeal.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have at least 5 years' experience in litigation, preferably in Condominium and Homeowners Association Law. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
