Job Description
We are seeking an attorney with 1 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and leading files, providing initial analysis, developing case strategy, conducting discovery, taking depositions, drafting motions, attending hearings, and negotiating settlements. Associates are also expected to assist with and lead trials.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in General Liability or Workers' Compensation Defense
