As an Administrative Assistant in our Nursing Administration Department, your key responsibilities include maintaining efficient and smooth operations of the nursing staff, with a keen focus on accuracy and attention to detail. You'll efficiently manage hospital nursing scheduling to ensure seamless operations, while also meticulously tracking education and managing timecards. Collaboration with the nursing managers, leadership team, and human resources on various office tasks, demonstrating strong organizational skills, is also part of the role.
The ideal candidate for this position should possess at least 3 years of administrative experience, demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A desire to learn and grow within a healthcare setting is crucial, while holding a certificate or associate degree in a related field is preferred.
