Job Description:

We are seeking an On-site Customer Service Advocate to join our clients' contact center. As a key member of the team, you will engage with customers through various service channels, including phone calls, email, social media, and online chat.

  • Answer customer inquiries related to bank products and services.
  • Remain up-to-date on products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Resolve customer issues through account research and utilization of support materials and resources.
  • Perform customer account transactions and maintenance activities accurately.

Requirements:

  • 1 years of experience working in a high-call volume service center.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis without violating any immigration or discrimination laws.
