What You'll Do: Monitor, analyze, design, implement, test, and maintain all EDI activities, applications, and system.
- Coordinate and manage onboarding, mapping, testing, onboarding, and ongoing execution of activities with EDI trading partners.
- Forge and maintain strong working relationships with key vendors and trading partners.
- Provide status reports of processes and projects for internal review with multiple departments.
- Direct programmers on development required to support EDI functions.
- Analyze and solve workflow issues within system modules.
- Investigates errors and provides resolutions as needed.
- Serve as liaison between IT, Customer Service, Procurement, Finance, and Sales departments.
- Organize and create applications, programs, and interfaces for business processes.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation, test plans, and project plan documentation.
What Experience You'll Have: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, and/or equivalent experience.
- 1 year of experience with EDI processes/applications/analysis is required.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP strongly preferred.
- 2 years of experience managing projects.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of general business practices (preferably in a CPG company) sufficient to understand the implications of integrating EDI work with new and ongoing operations.
- Proficiency reading and understanding EDIK specifications, testing, coding, and field mapping.
- Experience operating with Lanham Associates EDI solutions and systems.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing sufficiently with technical, non-technical, and leadership audiences.
