What You'll Do:

Strategic Leadership & IT Governance

• Manage IT Staff: Hires, trains, manages, and evaluates IT personal to build a skilled and effective Infrastructure team.
• Project Management: Plans and manages technology infrastructure projects to ensure the organization's systems and network are secure, compliant, and high performing.
• Procedures & Policies: Develops and implements technology policies and procedures for North America to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
• Collaboration: Works with the IT department in our Milan Corporate office, our manufacturing leaders, and other departments to determine technology needs and develop solutions to support business goals.
• Innovation and Research: Evaluates new technology trends and makes recommendations for adoption or improvement.
• Budget Management: Develops and manages the IT budget, ensuring costs are controlled and resources are allocated appropriately.
• Support: Ensures stability and reliability of all IT systems, including equipment maintenance, software updates, network maintenance, security and technical support.
• Performance improvement: Monitors and analyzes system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Disaster Recovery: Ensures disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place and tested regularly.

What Experience You'll Have:

• Education: bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 10 years of experience in leading large, North America Infrastructure networks and teams as a part of a global corporation. IBM iSeries experience a plus.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of cloud services, networking, security, end-user computing, and data storage. Excellent customer service, people management, project management and communication skills as must.
