What You'll Do:
Strategic Leadership & IT Governance
- Manage IT Staff: Hires, trains, manages, and evaluates IT personal to build a skilled and effective Infrastructure team.
- Project Management: Plans and manages technology infrastructure projects to ensure the organization's systems and network are secure, compliant, and high performing.
- Procedures & Policies: Develops and implements technology policies and procedures for North America to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
- Collaboration: Works with the IT department in our Milan Corporate office, our manufacturing leaders, and other departments to determine technology needs and develop solutions to support business goals.
- Innovation and Research: Evaluates new technology trends and makes recommendations for adoption or improvement.
- Budget Management: Develops and manages the IT budget, ensuring costs are controlled and resources are allocated appropriately.
- Support: Ensures stability and reliability of all IT systems, including equipment maintenance, software updates, network maintenance, security and technical support.
- Performance improvement: Monitors and analyzes system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Disaster Recovery: Ensures disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place and tested regularly.
What Experience You'll Have:
- Education: bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 10 years of experience in leading large, North America Infrastructure networks and teams as a part of a global corporation. IBM iSeries experience a plus.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of cloud services, networking, security, end-user computing, and data storage. Excellent customer service, people management, project management and communication skills as must.
Salary : $130,000 - $175,000
