Client Overview:
Vernovis is partnering with a local organization to find a fully remote .NET/C# Developer on a contracting basis. This person will be responsible for WinForms application development, along with C project work as well.

What You'll Do:
- Drive technical requirements creation by working with Product Analysts and development team.
- Perform high level analysis of existing system to build a prototype for technology upgrades which can be used to drive full development.
- Brainstorm latest innovations in building, installing, and updating Windows workstation applications.
- Be committed to Behavior Driven Development with quality at the forefront of your focus.
- Create high quality unit, system & acceptance tests by designing test systems and ensuring test data is accurately curated.
- Participate in architectural reviews within the team.
What Experience You'll Have:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a Computer Science-related discipline required.
- C Controls experience
- Expertise in C# .NET Framework 4 Windows applications with 8 years coding experience or equivalent, using the latest versions of MS Visual Studio is required.
- Fluency in GIT, Subversion, Jira, Confluence, and design/architecture tools is a must.
- Must have a strong desire to innovate and develop new technology but also must be excited to dig into complicated existing software to identify areas for improvement.
- Proactive in researching issues and working with a distributed team to gain clarification on requirements.
What Experience is Nice to Have:
- ANTLR experience
