What You'll Do:
- Oversee tax compliance, reporting, and planning to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage federal, state, and local tax filings, provisions, and liabilities.
- Develop strategies to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance.
- Monitor tax law changes and advise on implications.
- Handle tax audits, examinations, and disputes, ensuring proper documentation.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations on tax-related decisions.
- Lead and mentor a small tax team, fostering professional growth.
- Implement and improve tax policies, procedures, and controls.
What Experience You'll Have:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or JD preferred.
- 5 years of corporate tax experience, including 2 years in management.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws, compliance, reporting, and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Salary : $125,000 - $135,000
