Dental Hygiene Coordinator Responsibilities :
Manage and optimize hygiene scheduling and patient appointmentsVerify patient insurance coverage and benefitsCoordinate patient care between hygienists and dentistsMaintain accurate patient records and continuing care trackingMonitor hygiene department performance and track key performance indicatorsHandle patient check-in / check-out processesProcess financial transactions and insurance claimsNew patient lead managementImplement patient recall and reminder systemsFollow up with overdue patients to schedule appointmentsAudit patient charts for accuracy and completenessEnsure compliance with HIPAA guidelinesBenefits Package :

Schedule :
Monday through Thursday : 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PMFriday : 8 : 00 AM to 1 : 00 PMIdeal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have outstanding customer service expertise. Experience in dental or healthcare settings is preferred.
