About You:
- Charismatic with a positive attitude, great work ethic and a drive to exceed expectations
- Passion for helping people
- Well organized and goal oriented
- Comfortable making outbound calls.
- Comfortable talking with new people in person.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Sales Experience with an insurance company ( preferred)
- Customer Service experience a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
- Possess a P & C license or Personal Lines license or willing to obtain your license in 30 days. (We will provide training and help you get licensed)
What you will do:
- Provide insurance auto quotes by using Veronica's comparative rater
- Offer and sell Veronica's unique menu of personal lines products using a consultative sales approach.
- Call prospective outbound leads and manage a pipeline of referrals and potential clients
- Identify cross selling opportunities and effectively close other lines of insurance
- Work together in a collaborative atmosphere to exceed individual, team and company goals monthly
- Daily follow up calls to quoted customers
We pay you a full salary during training and licensing.
