About The Position
The Franchise Funder will play a crucial role in our auto lending operations by auditing contracts to ensure state compliance, reviewing loan packages, and verifying loan applications. This position requires excellent communication skills to maintain strong relationships with dealerships and applicants, as well as clear coordination with the Credit and Sales teams. This role will be supporting the Franchise Accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all contracts are compliant with state regulations.
- Examine all documents in loan packages to ensure they meet approval conditions. Obtain all pending loan stipulations not included in the loan package.
- Verify automobile loan applications, including employment, income calculation and residence details.
- Maintain excellent rapport with dealerships and applicants, providing clear updates and information.
- Safeguard all loan information to maintain customer confidence.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- 3 years minimum experience in franchise funding.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Bilingual English- Spanish.
Salary: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Bonus
