- Serve as a circulating nurse / perioperative nurse , monitoring patient safety and vital signs during surgical procedures.
- Assess patient conditions during surgery, secure necessary supplies, and assist the surgeon with surgical preparation and tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and maintain a sterile and efficient surgical environment.
- Assist in managing the daily operations of the Operating Room, ensuring optimal staffing and workflow.
- Act as a mentor and resource to Operating Room nurses, fostering professional development and collaboration.
- Advocate for patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative process.
- Work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless surgical care.
