Candidate requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing is required.

• Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of nursing experience in a surgical or PACU setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage high-stress situations and make critical decisions.
