- Act as the primary contact during agency working hours and remain accessible via telecommunication as needed.
- Oversee staff development, qualifications, and assignments , including guidance on disciplinary actions when necessary .
- Ensure that the plan of care is followed as written, maintaining consistency in patient treatment .
- Conduct reassessments of client needs , ensuring timely evaluations during significant health changes, physician requests, or post-hospitalization .
- Lead training and development programs for all nursing and home health aide staff , including orientation and ongoing in-service education.
- Maintain compliance with Medicaid and private duty nursing regulations , ensuring all services meet state and agency standards.
