Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Food Service Director to oversee the food service operations at our facility. This is an on-site position at our Staten Island location. The Food Service Director will be responsible for managing a team of food service staff, ensuring high-quality food preparation, implementing budgeting and cost control measures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience in Food Service and Food Preparation
- Experience in P&L Management and Budgeting
- Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage industry trends and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
- Experience in healthcare industry and / or long-term care is a plus
