Verrill is actively seeking a Corporate Associate to join our Business Law Group in our Portland Office in Maine. The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years of private practice experience in general corporate work. Previous experience with middle market mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and/or securities experience is preferred. The ideal candidate must have exceptional legal and academic credentials as well as strong writing skills, and superior verbal/interpersonal communication skills.
