Salary/Package
$250,000 to $300,000 basic salary bonus package dependant with qualifications and experience

Responsibilities:
- Experience with all phases of commercial litigation
- Conducting factual investigations and discovery
- Preparing pleadings, taking depositions, arguing motions, participating in mediation, and communicating with clients
- Experience in both state and federal court is preferred
- Experience in administrative matters and arbitrations is beneficial
- Must have taken at least 5 depositions with being a lead on them
Candidate requirements:
- 5 years Commercial Litigation experience ideally across a broad spectrum of commercial disciplines e.g. health law, breach of contract, antitrust and privacy, finance/banking, consumer fraud etc
- Strong experience across investigations and discovery, pleadings, depositions, arguing motions and client communication
- Excellent academic credentials
- The ability to effectively handle multiple projects and articulate legal strategies
- Proactive, dynamic, and entrepreneurial
- 1900 billable hours with an expectation to do business development
Certifications:
Candidate must be admitted and able to practice in Illinois
