Position : Commercial Real Estate / Corporate Associate (would consider a counsel)
Locations : Boston, New York, or Connecticut
A midsize boutique firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate / Corporate Associate (or counsel) with 5–10 years of experience to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background representing companies, developers, franchisees, investors, and other entities in complex real estate matters, with a focus on commercial leasing, franchise and distribution, and general corporate real estate.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drafting and negotiating commercial leases
- Acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of commercial properties
- Representing franchisees, including reviewing and negotiating franchise agreements, renewals, and transfers
- General corporate tasks, including asset acquisitions
