My client, a highly respected boutique law firm, is seeking a Construction Partner to join its nationally recognized Construction practice. This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned attorney to potentially step into a leadership role, and contribute to the continued growth of a highly successful Construction group.
About the Role
As a Commercial Real Estate Partner, you will have responsibility for handling a wide range of real estate matters, working closely with sophisticated commercial clients in various aspects of real estate transactions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include :
- In-depth experience : representing owners, developers and general contractors in drafting and negotiating construction agreements, managing pre-claim disputes, and litigating claims in both court and arbitration throughout the United States
- Client Relationship Management : Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and offering creative, practical legal solutions.
- Business Development : Actively seeking new opportunities, expanding your client base, and contributing to the firm's continued growth through strategic networking, thought leadership, and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborative Work Environment : Working closely with other attorneys within the firm, offering mentorship to junior team members, and coordinating with other practice groups to provide clients with comprehensive legal services.
- Cross-Selling and Practice Expansion : Identifying opportunities for cross-selling firm services to clients across different areas of law and collaborating with other departments to expand the firm's business.
