The Opportunity:
They are currently seeking an experienced M&A Managing Director to improve & expand their Healthcare Investment Banking presence in the U.S. This is a unique opportunity to join an agile and entrepreneurial platform with strong global backing and significant growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Originate & execute an array of M&A transactions across healthcare verticals, including healthcare services, healthcare IT & pharmaceuticals.
- Drive business development efforts through a combination of personal network outreach and internal resources.
- Serve as a senior advisor to clients across the spectrum - from emerging growth companies to private equity sponsors and public corporations.
- Partner with global sector colleagues to identify cross-border opportunities and share sector intelligence.
- Help shape and scale the firm’s U.S. healthcare strategy and talent development.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive transaction related investment banking experience - minimum 7 years of investment banking experience, with a strong emphasis on healthcare M&A and financing transactions.
- Proven track record of deal origination and execution in the healthcare space.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative, low-ego approach to leadership.
- Deep sector knowledge and established relationships with strategic and financial sponsors.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and drive revenue growth.
- FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses (or ability to obtain quickly).
