Job Summary
The Senior Account Manager will serve as a lead on our account management team and as the key link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, strategic alignment, and the delivery of impactful campaigns. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong client relationships, overseeing project execution, and driving business growth. The ideal Senior AM is detail-oriented, task-driven, and an excellent communicator.
Responsibilities
- Client Service: Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring consistent, effective communication and a deep understanding of their needs. Translate client requirements into actionable tasks and plans, delivering timely responses and outlining clear next steps.
- Project Management: Take ownership of project workflows and coordinating team members, creating and managing detailed timelines to meet objectives. Utilize project management tools to assign tasks, track progress, and enforce deadlines. Drive results by ensuring accountability and adherence to project milestones.
- Effective Communication: Facilitate seamless communication between internal teams and external partners. Maintain clarity and consistency in all interactions to ensure smooth information flow across all stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure the highest quality standards by meticulously proofreading and reviewing all materials before client delivery. Guarantee all deliverables and interactions align with the agency’s excellence standards and match client expectations.
- Problem Solving: Tackle challenges with a creative and solution-oriented mindset, providing innovative answers to complex problems. Adapt quickly to fast-paced environments, ensuring projects remain on track and objectives are achieved.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing and advertising experience demonstrating a proven record of successful projects, preference given to working in an agency environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs, etc.
- Experience with various marketing departments—SEO, PPC, Traditional Media, Design, Copywriting, etc.; strong digital marketing acumen is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with project management platforms such as Wrike.
- Expertise in creating precise timelines, managing tasks efficiently, and coordinating project reviews/check-ins with internal and external stakeholders.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
- Strong creative problem-solving skills, particularly in high-pressure, fast-moving environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or additional certifications in marketing or project management.
- Experience with a diverse range of industries and campaign types; experience with healthcare, government, and education industries is a bonus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends and analytics platforms.
