What are the responsibilities and job description for the Video Editor/Videographer position at Versa Creative?
Versa Creative, an award-winning marketing & advertising agency with an established client base, is looking to add a Junior Videographer to the team. The successful candidate will have a background in videography and video editing as well as a stellar eye for detailing in the editing process and capturing the footage. This candidate will have the opportunity to work with our creative team while learning, growing and contributing to our success as well as their own.
Responsibilities:
- Work with camera and edit videos, accomplishing the bulk of the technical tasks related to production and post-production
- Transport, set up, and operate equipment; and assist with staging, set preparation and dressing
- Work closely with the Manager of Photography and Videography to execute the project through to completion
Requirements:

- Prior experience in school or working as a freelance photographer/videographer
- A portfolio that demonstrates a broad range of talent, style, storytelling, technical ability
- Must be able to self-manage, and be comfortable in making decisions while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Must be comfortable working with small and large group of people
- Must be equipped to work in a fast-paced environment where creative decisions can be made and executed quickly
- Ability to work individually and in a team environment, as well as professionalism in client-facing environment
- Reliable transportation
- Owning your own equipment
- Knowledge of Photography & Videography
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Freelance
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
