Prime responsibilities include leading our sales team, creating, and implementing sales growth plans that develop business opportunities with existing and new customers, nurturing and growing our distributor network, and identifying the best channels to market by geographic area. As a business development professional, team player and a key member of the senior leadership team at VERSA, you will participate in major pricing decisions and new product development priorities. A strong desire to win while working towards business opportunities and solutions that maintain long-term relationships yield VERSA's ongoing successes.
This opportunity will require 10 or more years of experience in sales leadership, demonstrable and impeccable ethics, with a hunger for ongoing industry, innovation and personal growth. Knowledge of pneumatic systems, operations within an industrial manufacturing environment, an Engineering degree, and proven experience with CRM systems, and sales automation tools / techniques are foundational elements of success for this role. The position requires travel, both domestic and international, while based in NJ.
