The Financial Decision Support Analyst will have the following job responsibilities:

The Financial Decision Support Analyst must meet the following minimum job qualifications:
- Excellent oral, written, and organization skills
- Five (5) years' experience in FP&A, accounting, or finance
- BS Degree in accounting, business, health administration, or a related field
- Experience with healthcare budgeting, cost accounting, or financial analysis
- Must have the personal integrity, flexibility, and ability to work effectively with other personnel to accomplish divisional goals
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively with a variety of computer systems including ERP, budget, and cost accounting
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or CPA certification
- 2 years' experience with hospital Medicare cost report preparation
- Five (5) years' experience in FP&A, accounting, or finance within a healthcare setting
