Full Time HYBRID

The Strategic Account Executive will play a crucial role in driving the strategic growth and retention of Hometown Health's Large Group and Self-funded LOBs.

Strategic Account Executive will have the following job responsibilities:

  • Will be the face of Hometown Health and will consistently engage in person with influential brokers, employers, and community and government leaders to drive new business growth and retention.
  • Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, retaining existing strategic groups, building strategic relationships, and executing strategies to expand our market presence and achieve revenue goals.
  • Will be a results-oriented professional with a strong track record in Large Group and Self-funded health insurance sales, business development, strategic planning, and relationship management.

Full Time HYBRID

Strategic Account Executive must meet the following minimum job qualifications:

  • Specifically looking for someone with large group health insurance sales experience. Six to ten years (6-10) of health-related sales experience, or 4 years of large group health insurance sales experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a State of Nevada Health Resident Producer license within 90 days of hire.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada driver's license within 30 days of hire.
  • Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred (can substitute 4 years of related experience).

Salary : $44 - $66
