Versa-Tags is currently seeking a Die Cutter, Digital Operator, Screen Printer, Inspector, and Digital Cut Operator to join our Second Shift team!
Our evening crew is the jacks-of-all-trade. They are versatile and learn how to run machines in all of our departments. Your training may start in one department, but soon you'll know a little bit of everything so that you can work in the evenings on the various products and jobs needed to make sure our products Ship On Time, Every Time. This is the perfect position for an individual who loves a varying work day that may start in our Digital Press Department and end with Die Cutting, Finishing, Flexo Printing, and more.

- Shift: Monday-Thursday, Fridays Off (3 Day Weekend)
- Hours: 2:00pm – 12:00am

- Function in a team dynamic that works together to accomplish our goal to Ship Quality Products On Time, Every Time.
- Work alongside a team with professionalism and respect.
- Accurately and efficiently set up and run various presses
- Maintain quality and production standards for varying responsibilities.
- Inspect all printed materials for accuracy and quality to determine if they meet the standards expected by the customer and by our team.
- Acquire a deep knowledge of products, machinery, and processes (including knowledge of registration, guides, materials, and inks).
- Follow all safety requirements, wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while performing job functions related to working with inks or chemicals
- Use Time Clock and Epicor system to correctly log work performed.
- Get approval on all jobs for color, adhesion, registration, imprint, materials, etc.
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Operate efficiently
- Be a great team member!
