What are we looking for?
Overall responsibility of the Manager, Provider Network Reporting is guiding the team in order to facilitate and generate a variety of reporting tasks and associated analysis, which can be quite detailed and complex. This position sources, compiles, interprets and reconciles various types of Provider Network operational and statistical data, analyzes metrics and performance, and generates a variety of reports for internal customers and external clients. The Manager, Provider Network Reporting will be the first line of interaction and the owner of the day-to-day activities associated with reporting provider data and the generation, accuracy, and project management of more complex reports. This position will work with the departmental Management to adhere to overall business process, approach, and discipline of reporting and analysis within the unit along with guiding future provider data related strategies. Provides training and employee development to Provider Network Reporting Team as necessary.
Provides strategic and operational management of Davis Vision and Superior Vision Provider Networks.
Where you will have an impact
- Ensure the timely and accurate generation of all Provider Network internal / external reporting, consistency and standardization amongst the various types of reports and databases and manage the various reporting tools utilized by Versant Health
- Oversee and guide the reporting team to ensure best practices are adhered to along with developing future strategies and process refinement
- Develop and reconcile complex Provider Network reports to multiple data sources to validate reporting accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with internal departments and external entities to identify and implement changes that will improve and enhance provider data quality
- Analyze, interpret and report operational performance trends from various channels & departments, identifying areas performing outside of expected results
- Manage and own the provider data outbound file project management process to identify customer needs, document requirements, obtain sign off from owner and coordinate implementation including development and testing
- Develop efficiencies to improve, consolidate, and increase the effectiveness of all provider data reporting to internal and external customers.
- Triage, assign, and fulfill queued requests related to accessibility reports, disruption and adequacy reports, network size comparisons from the RFP team, Sales VPs and RSMs, managed care clients, Compliance and other internal and external customers in an accurate and timely fashion.
- Foster a collaborative relationship between the Provider Network Reporting Team and RFP team, Sales VPs and RSMs, managed care clients, Compliance and other internal and external customers.
- Publish and post directories for all commercial networks in all states on a monthly basis and geographically specific directories as requested
- Develop, analyze and reconcile the output of complex queries using diverse reporting tools
- Write and maintain detailed procedure documentation and user instructions
- Interact with Client Management and Sr. Mgt. teams to discuss reporting results.
- Publish and post directories for all commercial networks in all states on a monthly basis and geographically specific directories as requested
- Function as a trainer for the Provider Network Reporting Team and promote employee and skillset development in all of the above activities.
- Perform ad hoc duties in accordance with business needs

The wage range for applicants for this position is [$95,000.00 to $100,000.00].
All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
