Job Description

VersaPro Restoration & Construction is a well-established and growing General Contractor looking to hire Skilled Carpenter. Ideal candidate is skilled, energetic, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. We focus on residential and commercial construction projects that range in all sizes.

This is a full-time position Monday through Friday with opportunity for overtime at a competitive wage and benefits.

Job Responsibilities :

Carpentry (Required) including, but not limited to :

Siding & Exterior Metal Trim
Door & Window Installation
Rough Carpentry (framing, sheathing, etc)
Finished Carpentry (Door & window trim, cabinets, baseboard, shelving)
Drywall (hanging / finishing / repair) & painting

Plumbing (not required) including, but not limited to :

Repair and replacement of PVC and Galvanized drain lines

Repair and replacement of water heaters

Repair and replacement of PVC, PEX, Copper and galvanized water lines

Plunging, auguring and snaking drains

Electrical (not required) including, but not limited to :

Testing, repair, and replacement of switches and outlets

Testing and replacement of bulbs and ballast

Testing and repair of low voltage issues up to 24 volts

Physical Requirements :

Able to lift up to 75 lbs

Climb ladders

Work in confined spaces

Work Environment :

May work indoors or outdoors depending on the job

Technician may be required to work in all types of weather conditions.
