Experienced Account Manager
Job Summary
Joint a winning, growing team that appreciates you. Introduce and sell products/services to new and existing customer accounts. Maintain all aspects of assigned accounts including but not limited to setting account specifics, processing orders/samples, conducting product training, and resolving any customer concerns. Work with other sales representatives, customer service and management.
Responsibilities
Research, obtain, and nurture new customer leads
Develop weekly reports on opportunities & projects to be distributed to Inside Sales Manager
Manage all aspects of assigned accounts
Process orders, samples, and assist with customer inquiries via phone and email
Log all sales activities in Salesforce and update account information regularly
Develop strong, ongoing relationships with coworkers and customers
Meet and/or exceed sales quotas and all other key performance indicators

Ability to think strategically and creatively
Skills / Abilities
Experience in flooring/trim sales or building products sales preferred
Written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
HS Diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be legally authorized to work within the US
Prior sales experience is a plus
Compensation
Employer paid life insurance and short disability.
$16.00 per hour plus commission
