This role is based out of our office in NYC (Chelsea).
Working from home 1 day a week is optional.
As the Sales Operations Coordinator at Verse Medical, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts.
\n- Clinic Lunch Coordination:
- Organize and coordinate clinic lunches and other promotional events to engage with healthcare professionals and potential clients
- Manage logistics, including scheduling, catering, and presentation materials
- Ensure timely follow-up and feedback collection from these events
- Sales Enablement:
- Assist in creating sales collateral, forms, and promotional materials to support the sales team's efforts
- Maintain an organized repository of sales materials and ensure they are readily accessible to the sales team
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling routine inquiries
- Prepare and send out promotional flyers, emails, and other communication materials
- Data Management:
- Assist in data entry and CRM management to ensure accurate and up-to-date client and lead information.
- Generate sales reports and assist in data analysis as needed
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment with their needs and priorities
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of sales initiatives
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the sales team

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
