Account Director
An Account Director at Version 2.0 Communications is responsible for managing the overall health, activity and profitability of client programs. Working with V2 leadership, the Account Director helps to craft strategic programs and provides ad hoc counsel to clients on a wide range of topics.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
– Independently managing day-to-day/monthly/quarterly account activity, with eye toward quality/client and strategy alignment
– Working with account leadership to manage account health and happiness with a sense of overall firm context
– Participating in firm networking and playing an active role in new business pitches and meetings
– Identifying opportunities for organic growth and working with account leadership to propose and close opportunities
– Participating in account staff development
To be considered for this role, you must have:
– A minimum of 8-10 years of experience, some of which must have been at an agency servicing B2B tech clients
– A Bachelor’s in marketing/communications
This role is based in our Boston office and will be required to work in office at least twice a week, depending on client and team needs.
