Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and identity across all channels.
- Oversee portfolio strategy and new product launches.
- Manage integrated marketing campaigns and retail programs.
- Optimize marketing content across digital, social, and retail touchpoints.
- Analyze consumer insights and market trends to refine strategies.
- Track performance metrics and adjust campaigns for maximum impact.
- Align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and revenue goals.
- Support P&L management by optimizing spend and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field. An MBA is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the consumer products and/or pet food industry.
- Strong experience with integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.
- Proven ability to drive brand growth, optimize marketing efforts, and manage budgets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and motivate across teams.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Experience managing budgets is a must.
- Ensure adherence to financial impacts and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
