Director of Client Partnerships - HR Solutions (ID:46825)

As a Director of Client Partnerships, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our Human Resources Interim Solutions practice. We're seeking candidates fueled by an insatiable curiosity to explore new companies and networks and who are adept at building strong partnerships with business leaders. Your innate curiosity will be essential in identifying emerging trends, understanding client needs deeply, and innovating our approach to ensure we remain at the forefront of the industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with hiring managers to be aware of current and upcoming interim and project needs within human resources
• Build partnerships with Twin Cities based organizations through existing relationships or cultivate new connections through prospecting tactics
• Identify qualified project candidates based on relevant job criteria through a partnership with the Human Resources Interim Solutions recruiting team and by using internet resources, networking, and referrals
• Assist in candidate interview preparation to ensure an effective and informative interview process
• Function as an intermediary between client and candidate during the interview process to effectively respond to issues and concerns.
• Quality control follow-up during and after the project placement to ensure the success of your HR consultants
• Collaborate with the other practice areas within Versique to ensure the firm's continued success and fulfillment of core values
  
  

Required Skills And Experience

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
• An active network of local human resource and/or business leaders
• A self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work independently
• Results and performance-driven, and comfortable with working in a high-achieving, collaborative environment
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to seek out and understand client needs
• A passionate interest in providing professionals with a compelling career opportunity to advance their careers and companies with the human capital necessary to execute strategic plans successfully
  
  

Location: St. Louis Park, MN

Schedule: Onsite/Hybrid- the office is open Monday through Friday. Employees may take advantage of the hybrid work schedule by working remotely Monday and Friday while working onsite Tuesday through Thursday.

Salary: Anticipated total compensation the first year is estimated between $125k-$150k , which includes base salary and uncapped commission.
