Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage reconciliations and financial reporting using Sage Intacct.
- Assist with budgeting and financial analysis for multiple business segments.
- Prepare and deliver financial presentations to business teams and private equity board members.
- Handle project-based tasks, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Work with business management systems (e.g., Toast, JackRabbit, Procare) to track operational data.
- Perform forensic-style accounting tasks and assist with payroll entries.
- Sage Intacct experience is required.
- Advanced Excel skills with a strong ability to produce financial reports and presentations.
- Experience with bank reconciliations and payroll entries (not processing payroll).
- Familiarity with business management systems (Toast, JackRabbit, Procare).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information to internal teams and board members.
