As an Interim HR Business Partner, you will provide essential employee relations support and guidance while playing a key role in a major HR system transformation. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with HR leadership in managing employee relations, investigations, and coaching while also contributing to the rollout of Oracle ERP from an HRBP perspective.
Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN - Hybrid. Only Minnesota/Twin Cities based candidates will be considered.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted HR Business Partner, supporting leaders and employees with HR best practices.
- Manage employee relations cases, conduct investigations, and provide coaching and guidance to managers.
- Partner with HR leadership to ensure a smooth Oracle ERP implementation, providing insight from an HRBP lens.
- Balance day-to-day HRBP responsibilities while supporting the HR team through the system transition.
- Provide feedback on Oracle functionality and user experience to help refine and optimize HR processes.
- Act as a liaison between HR and business leaders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on HR initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR team members who are focused on Oracle, UKG, and time & attendance system support.
- Be flexible and agile in an evolving environment, adjusting priorities as needed while keeping business needs top of mind.
- 5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, including employee relations and HR policy guidance.
- Strong background in employee relations, workplace investigations, and performance management coaching.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HR systems, with the ability to provide end-user perspective and feedback.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment, supporting both operational HR needs and system changes.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus but not required.
