Roles & Responsibilities
- Process payroll for a multi-state employee base, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage timekeeping, payroll reporting, and system updates within UKG or similar HRIS.
- Handle employee payroll inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist with HR operations such as file digitization, onboarding, and recruitment (if full-time).
- Support payroll audits and compliance reporting as needed.
- Partner with HR to identify and improve payroll processes.
- 3 years of payroll processing experience, preferably in a multi-state environment.
- Strong UKG or HRIS experience; ability to navigate payroll and reporting functions.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure payroll accuracy.
- Flexibility to assist with HR operations (if full-time role is preferred).
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with HR and finance teams.
