Salary: Hourly rate between $35-45, DOE.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage an average of 15 requisitions at a time, focusing on field-based roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to guide them through the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.
- Conduct phone screens, interviews, and candidate assessments to ensure a strong match.
- Support hiring managers, particularly new leaders, in making informed hiring decisions.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and Sr. TA Coordinator for efficient scheduling and onboarding processes.
- Maintain an organized and proactive approach to ensure a timely and seamless recruitment experience.
- Mid-level recruiting experience with a consultative and collaborative approach.
- Proven ability to support nationwide recruiting efforts and manage requisitions across multiple geographic locations.
- Experience recruiting for field-based roles is essential
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to provide timely and proactive support to hiring managers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
